I've been crocheting for a long time, and I decided to learn knitting as well. It doesn't translate well in my brain, but I'm working on it. Like any other skill, it's something that will take time. I knitted Ash a beanie using  a tutorial on YouTube  and started a second one. I used Caron yarn sweetie cakes!

We've all seen granny square afghans, but have you ever thought about using granny squares or the granny stitch on a Wearable item? Clever crafters have designed MANY wearables using these techniques actually, so I thought a good way to narrow it down would be a round up of tops and then later I'll do a round up of accessories! You'll need: L hook 8mm, Charisma yarn/weight 5 bulky, yarn needle, scissors. Pattern: Chain 11. 1.SC in the back bumps of the chain (10) turn. 2.Ch1. SC (10) turn. 3.Ch1, SC, 8SC in BLO, SC. (10) Repeat Row 3 until you finish Row 38. 39-40.Repeat Row 2 twice. Fasten off, leave a tail to sew ends together. Fold the ends together like interlocking C’s. (See photo) Sew straight across.
